About Us
Charlene and Will Giffin are the owners of Beartooth Cleaning of Red Lodge LLC, a locally owned and operated business proudly serving Red Lodge, Montana, since 2009. Their approach has always been simple: show up, do the work right, and treat both clients and staff with respect.
The idea for Beartooth Cleaning began after Charlene and Will hosted their wedding at a vacation rental. While the setting was beautiful, the condition of the property was not. Missed details, overlooked spaces, and even a half-eaten piece of chicken under a bed made it clear that cleanliness had not been taken seriously. Instead of accepting it as a one-time bad experience, Will had a simple thought: there had to be a better way.
That moment became the foundation of Beartooth Cleaning. From the beginning, the focus was on thorough work, attention to detail, and treating every property as if it were their own.
In the early years, Charlene worked hands-on in the field alongside the cleaning crew, gaining firsthand experience in every aspect of the job. Over time, her role naturally evolved into overall management and operations, where she now oversees scheduling, quality control, client relationships, and team support. That field experience continues to shape how the company operates and how the crew is supported day to day.
Today, Beartooth Cleaning provides residential, commercial, and short-term rental cleaning services and has earned a strong reputation for reliability, consistency, and trust. The company is licensed, bonded, and insured, and deeply rooted in the Red Lodge community.
Building on their experience as short-term rental hosts, Charlene and Will are also expanding into property management, and airbnb set up assistance bringing a hands-on, owner-minded approach to caring for vacation homes. Their own vacation rental was recognized as Montana’s Most Hospitable Host of the Year in 2023, reflecting their commitment to thoughtful hospitality and well-run properties. When they’re not working, Charlene and Will live on their 377-acre ranch in Roberts, Montana, where they share life with their dogs, wide-open spaces, and a deep appreciation for the land and community they call home. That grounded lifestyle carries through into how they run their business every day.
